My husband and I started JACK Properties more than 20 years ago with the intention of bringing integrity to property management. We found that with our own rental houses we couldn’t find a company to manage our investments that we felt we could trust. Instead, we decided to be a company that other investors could trust.

As we continued our journey through property management we found that many of our investors wanted to purchase properties through us since they had developed a trustworthy relationship. It is with this need and my love for interior design that I began the pursuit of my Real Estate career.

Over the years I have continued to develop my education and skills in real estate but more importantly in what it takes to really sell a home. I know through my own experience and helping clients what to do to sell your home for the best price.

Ethan Casey

Raised in Woodruff, SC, my family and I enjoy small-town living, the great outdoors, and traveling. I married my high school sweetheart, Hunter, and we currently reside within the city limits. While looking for our first home we were given the opportunity to buy the Casey’s homeplace, a 1940’s era home that has been in my family for decades. Using my background in remodeling from my Dad’s construction business, Hunter and I completely refaced the brick ranch, keeping the southern charm while adding a modern touch.

The skills that I learned from the renovation and time spent with my Dad’s business allowed me to understand the upstate market and the benefits of homeownership. I began developing an interest in the real estate market and found myself constantly keeping up with the new trends during the remodel.

It never once felt like a job, it became a passion. That passion sparked a fire inside of me, so I obtained my real estate license so I could continue advancing my new-found interest while serving the upstate communities. I am confident that I can help you find your own place to call home right here in the upstate. I am devoted to my clients as both current and future homeowners. I listen to your wishes and necessities to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.
